"Meth: It's Getting Ugly" Media Campaign
Partners for Meth Prevention was the 2005-2006 recipient of the Omaha Federation of Advertising grant, which included a comprehensive advertising campaign at little or no cost. This project incorporated a variety of print and broadcast elements, including development of a logo, letterhead, business cards, newspaper, outdoor, radio, and TV. Our media campaign was based on the life of Angela Fatino, who started using meth at the age of 12. Her struggle with meth addiction ended three years later when Angela Fatino took her own life while on meth at the age of 15. With her mother’s permission, we wanted to share her story.

Our media campaign is available on DVD for a small fee of $5. We would ask that you use it to show others the disastrous effects of methamphetamine use. Our hope is that our campaign will help prevent at least one person from using this destructive drug.
